These terms apply to the forme website and app. By joining the waitlist or using forme, you agree to them. forme is operated from the United Kingdom.

Not medical or dietary advice

forme offers food guidance to help you work towards your own goals. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Scores and suggestions are estimates based on available data. If you have a health condition, an allergy, or specific dietary needs, please speak to a doctor or registered dietitian before making changes. Always check labels yourself for anything that matters to your health.

Accuracy of information

Nutrition data comes from third party sources including Open Food Facts and the United States Department of Agriculture, and from automated photo estimates. This information can be incomplete or wrong. forme presents its best estimate and does not guarantee that any figure, score or suggestion is accurate. You are responsible for decisions you make about what you eat.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign in uses a code sent to your email. Let us know promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Please use forme lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access it in unauthorised ways, or misuse it to harm others.

Availability

forme is offered as it is and as available. We are still building it, so features may change, pause or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, forme is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or your reliance on its scores, estimates or suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as forme develops. If we make a meaningful change we will update the date above.
